Home-Making
My latest performance of 3D printing took place at the CHI workshop “Making Home: Asserting Agency in the Age of IoT” and I used it as a platform to stimulate a discussion about what 3D printing in the home. I created white modeling chocolate (which is not so simple), baked a cake, and began building at the workshop just after lunch. The modeling chocolate likes to crumble so making a model of the Stanford bunny was certainly precarious. In hindsight, the chocolate bunny was not as appetizing as I had imagined.
